Adjustable Lever Belt
How to measure:
Measure your waist around your navel, over your clothing. Brace your abdominal muscles but don’t suck in your stomach, then pull the measuring tape tight. Choose the size where your waist measurement falls as close to the middle of the range as possible.
Note: a lifting belt is worn higher than a regular belt. Therefore, do not use your pants size to determine your lifting belt size, as it will not fit properly.
